Yeah, this doesn't look normal. It removes and then looks for what it removed. I faced the same issue. So my guess is it just wiped out all the settings...

Yeah. Seems this is the problem https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-cask/issues/166180 which was linked from https://github.com/objective-see/LuLu/issues/581. Time to remove lulu and some other critical apps (like lulu, @borgbase/vorta) from brew/cask and install/upgrade them independently.
