Graphs window needs a means to check/uncheck all the cores on a high core count machines

I'm running s-tui on a 16-core hyperthreading system. It's a chore to set up (to just disable) the graphs. Can we have a way to check/uncheck all if there are more than, say, 10 cores in the list?

Hey, Yes, select all will be a welcome feature on any number of cores. I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to attend to it. Any help is welcome :)
