Cannot view project on localhost when setup using docker

I was unable to view the project on localhost when setup via docker as the docker port isn't mapped to localhost port, I'm not very familiar with ngrok to set it up, but I'm not sure if that solves this, Simply mapping the port to localhost did the trick, maybe we can have this as an option. If ngrok is required I suggest we add that to docker-compose aswell, I'd be willing to fix that and test it if required.
