add heroku support

add heroku support and option to do lecture/ meeting recording only

I think there can't be a heroku support because the app automates the user's chrome, so instead there can be an extension for chrome of this app. Yeah currently its doing screen recording instead of browser recording will look into it on how to do window recording only.

as heroku is paid now I'll try deploying the app using vercel
