Speaking of which, where does this application download the mods to?

Copied to Ryujinx folder, execute as suggested, download success, can't find mods anywhere.

What am I missing?

Same here in Yuzu folder Batocera. Don't know where it saved the downloaded files. Enulator can't find any mods.

I second this. I have multiple emulators and I have no idea which one these mods are going to.

I made this because the original project is no longer maintained and only supports Yuzu. This CLI tool allows you to download mods for all known Yuzu forks. I can add the ability to download mods to custom paths if there's enough demand for it.

I recently added support for most repositories in #47. The tool is now pretty stable, and for a while I’ll only handle maintenance when issues are reported, unless someone requests support for additional repositories.
