Running it with conda causes a log out on MacOS

If you are you using Python with conda, need to run conda deactivate before running this emulator on MacOS. Otherwise it causes a forced "log out". Beware!

  • MacOS version: 10.14.6 Mojave
  • conda version: 4.8.2
