Request: update the readme to specify where to get libPVRTexLib.so (and any other dependencies)

I'm trying to build sprite-sheet-packer for the first time. It built fine, but at launch, it needs libPVRTexLib.so. The web site doesn't mention where to get this from. It appears to be PowerVR SDK.
