[BUG] Opening quartz resonator interface on LAN opens interface for host

When a client on a LAN world opens the interface for a quartz resonator, the host is also forced into the interface, and can see all changes that the client makes. Closing the interface before the client is finished has no effect on the settings or the client's ability to operate on the circuit. Do not know if this issue manifests with other circuit components.
