When I run this code, it showed that it was downloading the Face Alignment Network(FAN), so I downloaded it by the Web, but the tar I downloaded can't be open by WinRAR. And then I put it in the "C:\Users....\AppData\Local\face_alignment\data". But the code shows "KeyError: 'state_dict'"(error at face_alignment\api.py, line 110, v in fan_weights['state_dict'].items()} )
