Fix case of appId in first README example

The first README example doesn't work because it uses appID instead of appId.

NB: I've been tidying up my github account and deleted my fork of this. Not sure if that'll have an impact on this PR, but I doubt anyone cares since we've recently passed its 6 year anniversary.
