Hotel Functions are not supported

Hi I am trying to use hotel API using this SDK but unable to find the functions

They are not supported yet. You can see #70 , which shows my latest attempts at implementing Hotel functionality. Perhaps you can use this to work from.

Unfortunately I don't have the time right now to implement the Hotel messages. You are welcome to submit a pull request though.
