Support Highlight

Highlight is not supported by PanDoc. Try to add a post-processing function to insert highligh tag. Use a setting to choose between :

  • ==highlight==
  • ::highlight::
  • Or

Version 3.1.8 now generate tag during markdown conversion. I will replace this tag with ==TEXT== during md postprocessing.
