Same behavior for me. wjoy seems to discover the Wiimote, but so does
Yosemite. I end up with two gamepads being listed in my game, "Wiimote (MAC
address)" and "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01."

For Yosemite (and for older OS X, like Mavericks and Mountain Lion) it's
normal. Wiimote for OS X looks like standard HID device (but it's not HID
device). And sometimes system daemon (hidd) first receive events about new
device, and trying to use it first (pair with it, ask user for password, etc).
Sometimes WJoy first receive events about Wiimote, and in that case all works
fine.

And i cant find workaround for this problem. But you can open bluetooth
settings panel, remove from it all wiimote devices, close it (it's important),
and try discover wiimote with WJoy. Sometimes needed 2-3 attempt. And enable
"one-button-click-connection" first. After first pairing all next pairing
attempts from this wiimote will be redirected to WJoy. And all will be work
fine.

And 2 devices in some games - it's normal. One from it (Nintendo RVL-CNT-01) -
it's original (and not worked) HID interface for wiimote. Second (Wiimote (MAC
address)) - worked WJoy device.

PS: sorry for may english :(
