ASFui won't open?

I run it, give it administrator access, and nothing happens. Usually it opens right away after I do that, but now it won't open at all. ASF works fine on its own, but I don't want to have to figure out how to do the commands without ASFui. What am I doing wrong? I re-downloaded the program and it still didn't work. I also tried on another device, and it worked there. Maybe its something wrong with my PC?

You might be missing some netframework update or a vcredist of some sort.

But why would it simply stop working? As in, it is completely functional the day before, but the next day its totally unresponsive. It happened again recently but I ended up just setting up the manual chat commands due to the migration to v3.0 for ASF
