ALVR OS ERROR 11 and HANDSHAKE ERROR

I have the OS error 11 problem where the handshake error happens. My computer was completely fine it seems to be that the meta quest store version is out of date and needs an update to match the GitHub's current version. I am wondering if I should switch back to an older update that matches the quest store ALVR. I have VB-CABLE, but it won't start running. I need a fix soon as steam VR on its own for me is way more laggy than ALVR

I've been getting this too, may be the quest store one, was trying it since I'd been using the one from sidequest but no matter what I did alvr crashed every 10-80 minutes
