Non-VR games in SteamVR (i.e. in teather mode) has the game output video completely jumbled.
Description
When I run VR applications, e.g. VRChat/HereSphere Video player, everything works with no issue.
However, trying to play a non vr game in steam theather mode, has the video completely jumbled. Here's a video of me launching Merge Maestro:

As you can see, everything around the game still streams fine (e.g. steamvr/alvr work ok)
The game is running and the audio is playing, however the output looks like that. As the game output changes, so too do the pixels, and, the game is actually yellow, it's just not quite right.
If this is a regression ...
Should I also be downgrading the APK on my oculus 2 when doing regression tests?

Not stale (I think, though I'd have to test with current version one day)
