The map is not generated

When you click to create map, the blank map appears, like the following image

But it's weird, sometimes it works

What I did was, join the server, and directly create a map, but that one did not appear.

But I went to another world, I created a map and if it worked.

But when I return to the map where it appeared, it does not generate it
