French language to the website

I thought it will be nice to add the French language to the website. If it's accepted, I can contribute to that.

That'd be great! 😃 However at the moment I'm only providing the main page and the extensions page in multiple languages for languages which also has the Github documentation page translated.

This way I provide an almost a "full experience" in their native language. Having the page translated but not the docs doesn't seem ideal.

If you are willing to work on the french docs that'd be amazing too! But I understand it is much more work!
