Contribution - In getting started, is "TODO" supposed to be filled out?

I'm new to the investpy platform and while going through the introduction via https://investpy.readthedocs.io/_info/introduction.html, I noticed there is a "TODO" under Getting Started.

Is that a note for future expansion of the processing of getting started? I put the exact same note in my code so thought you might have been planning to fill it out. I could work on that as my first contribution, or is there a better first project once I get this installed?
