skip files that have been scrubbed with "REDACTED"

MG's with files replaced with the single string "REDACTED" were causing this to fail to start. fix that

maybe it would make sense to just ignore all files that don't Unmarshall properly, but at least this will allow this tool to work again for some of the MGs I have been trying to use it for. I was manually just removing all files with REDACTED to get around it. figured to offer a PR to help.
