how to set GPIO out for each video

I am so sorry to bother you. I was looking at the code and did not find where you can set each GPIO for a particular video. I have three videos that I want a particular GPIO. I will be using the default ones(26,21,19,20,13,16) that are listed in the code. I am not sure how to set it up. I will also use the player to just loop the video if no buttons are pushed.
