There's only one file in there: `pyjacobian.py`, which hasn't been touched in 7 years. I suggest we remove it, unless anyone is still using it.

`pysb.integrate` is now just a thin wrapper around `pysb.simulator.ScipyOdeSimulator`. I propose we remove the former in PySB 2.0 to simplify the API.
