Why didn't design the code to use named pipe in windows?

Good day,

we have no plans to support windows named pipes for the moment. but if anyone implement it, we will be definitely happy to accept the pull request.

the situation might be changed later this year if we make Windows support for EVA ICS or any other our product which uses BUS/RT as IPC. for the moment we have no requests from customers about it.
