Console gets stuck when spamming F8 while joining a server

Description of the problem

Console gets stuck when spamming F8 while joining a server. Problem appeared after the new console UI update.

At the end the console even started flashing, etc.

Reproduction steps

Just press F8 multiple times during connect to any server.

Expected behaviour

Should not get stuck.
