Description of the problem

I have a problem, my friend and I have a script in which there is e.g. a login panel in HTML,JS. When I enter the server - they do not show up until I enter localhost:9222 and return to the game, but my friend when he enters the game he immediately sees the login panel, what is this about? I have newest clean Windows 11, my friend same.

Reproduction steps

I tried reinstalling the system, nothing helped

Expected behaviour

It should show CEF right away
