Core WebView Fails to Detect Clipboard Access Permissions
Description of the problem
When enabling permissions like 'Clipboard Access', the 'core' webview still says its missing permissions when trying to copy with the copy icon.
Reproduction steps
Create a resource with clipboard access permission, try to copy a message / error
Expected behaviour
Copy the message
