Description of the problem

At the moment, you can only bulletproof all or none of the tires.

Desired solution for the problem

The game has a function to trigger the wheel popping. Check if the wheel has this behavior disabled and block the mechanism or not when the call occur. Rework the native "SET_VEHICLE_TYRES_CAN_BURST" to take a wheel index and make it so only specific tires can be popped.
