Description of the problem

Players must download libce2.dll (167 MB) for every update on client side. Recently, AMC ALTERNATIVE MULTIPLAYER SOLUTIONS LTD's digital signature added to libce2.dll. I think this is the main reason of that.

Desired solution for the problem

Stop building libce2.dll every time on client side, or remove digital signature in libce2.dll.
