Rockstar launcher blinks when loading to server

Description of the problem

When you try to connect to any server (tested on empty one) when rgl try to init it blinks for 1 second

Reproduction steps

1. Connect to any server
2. See RGL for 1 second when it's initing

Expected behaviour

No rgl blinks
