Focus points / Interiors not loading when setting a player's vehicle position

Description of the problem

Focus points / interiors do not seem to load if you are inside a vehicle and set the vehicle position to one of these locations.

Reproduction steps

• Get in a vehicle
• Set vehicle position to X = 934.79F, Y = -1.44F, Z = 77.76F
• Interior / focus point doesn't load

Expected behaviour

Interior / focus point should load like it does if you set the player position.
