Broken Textlabels can't attach them to a vehicle

Description of the problem

The problem is that it's almost impossible to attach new textlabel to an existing vehicle and when it's somehow attachs it dissapears when you teleport vehicle.pos to other place, far away.. and you get errors in client console that entity is gone

Desired solution for the problem

implent server textlabel so that we don't have to bother with that nonsense, because rml is even bigger nonsense just because it is visible through all ui's..

got to add that rmlui streams and attaches to vehicles perfectly
