Description of the problem

Why?: Most of the GTA V servers are running a role-play game-mode, to reflect realty and semi realism in the game, this feature will be used very commonly in my opinion.

Allow the option to force disable kill confirmation and screen blink. as in fivem feature profile_skfx 0 server-side convar that force to disable profile settings - ID: 226 screen kill effects

Desired solution for the problem

Alternatives you considered

Using stopfx with the specific effects in a everytick function, but it still slightly shows the effect on screen.
