Model dimensions in vehicle model info

Description of the problem

It would be nice to have model dimensions in alt.getVehicleModelInfoByHash. That could be useful when spawning frozen vehicles to place them on ground properly.

Desired solution for the problem

dimensionsMin and dimensionsMax Vector2 params to the IVehicleModelInfo
