Save last position of external console

Description of the problem

If external console is activated the last location of the window isn't saved. Specially if you're watching out for logs while testing something you have to move the console window position on every restart again

Desired solution for the problem

Save last position of the window and reposition it on start

Note: it only saves the position if you use the command quit in the f8 console, not by doing alt F4 / pressing the exit button from the pause menu
