Fixed links to GeneFinder documentation in README.md

Some links to the GeneFinder documentation page were still pointing to the old OrfFinder docs.

I also noticed that the Thread-safety code snippet initializes a gene_finder variable but later calls orf_finder.find_genes, which seems inconsistent. I assume this is a typo, but I haven't changed it since I'm unsure which naming you prefer.
