gvim 7.4.1795 the colors are brown/light-blue

I just installed gvim 7.4.1795 for windows, and now the background is brown/light-blue for dark/light themes. This wasn't happening with the earlier version.

There appears to have been a lot of work done on colors as of late as you can see from the changelog: https://github.com/vim/vim-win32-installer/releases I installed 7.4.1760 and it appears to work.
