incorrect colors when importing solarized for osx-terminal

I downloaded solarized, and I tried to setup the theme for both the OS X Terminal app and Vim (on OS X Mavericks 10.9.2). However, when I imported the color scheme for the Terminal app, the ANSI colors palette is totally wrong, as seen in the screenshot below. When I tried to give Vim the color scheme, the colors were totally off.

Is "Solarized Dark xterm-256color.terminal" broken, or am I doing something wrong? I know my terminal is xterm-256color.
