Probably going to halt doing this until I’ve moved the Python script stuff to the plugins. Will make this infinitely easier to handle.

Working on a library for system lookups that is source-agnostic; will automatically fall back to EDTS if a system is not in EDSM’s nor Spansh’s data base. ETA: TBD :)
