Have a plain “find nearest station” command

Probably a RatAttack thing, maybe just general. Would be nice to get some feedback from people if they would use it or not, generally. Definitely nice for ratting and clients with no scoop around, right now I’m doing manual EDDB searches.

Requires the Spansh API plugin integration (see #62), should be ez pz once that’s a thing.

Also might be worth having one for large pad, too. That might not be quite as simplistic, but haven’t looked into that at all yet. Probably going to have to filter for “not outpost”.

Also worth thinking about how to handle carriers. Flat exclude? Extra “find nearest carrier” command? Is there a list/API that you can query just for DSSA carriers?

I'd be interested in this - would be useful when exploring when it was time to dock to sell mapping data and/or before logging off.
