SealAttack profile is missing

I will work on it based on the (also still missing :D #7) RatAttack profile once the seals have moved from using Discord to using IRC.

I can’t be arsed to build a profile / sanitise the stub I have for a temporary chat solution and unfinished SOP.

Rudimentary profile now exists. Will keep working on it when Seals ops have moved to IRC.

AFAI can see from what’s up on the Seals IRC so far, having automated parsing akin to RatAttack will be … difficult. There is no single-line announcement, instead it’s spread over several lines.

I asked for reconsideration, it was considered but not changed.

So the current plan is to have a generic “new seal case” notification and functionality like RatAttack has when you manually open a case. Basically callouts and stuff will work, auto-parsing case data will not.
