Report missing keybinds

I should find some way to report missing keybinds on profile load. Probably means I’ll have to keep a list of used keybinds, or just flat out report any missing binds …

Technically bindED can do that now. Practically … that’s more for suited my supporting a user than for them to find problems themselves. So there’s still some value in filtering the list for stuff the profiles actually use and pretty-printing it.

I will basically incorporate this into bindED. Not sure how the interaction will work yet.
