Don’t try honking after a hyperdiction

The Jumped event fires even when you are hyperdicted; in that case you really don’t want your ship to start honking though.

Simple enough fix: just check if in SC (regular jump) or not (hyperdiction).

Well apparently that is not done, got hyperdicted a couple days ago and apparently the SC check didn’t quite work.
