Binder broken

It looks like binder isn't set up correctly - the environment seems to be missing the altair dependency:

I think this is because master is broken. The entire module is in a weird inbetween state right now, unfortunately...

I'm not sure master is broken, it works fine for me. However it appears Binder uses pdvega v0.1 which may be broken, altair was not listed in the requirements.

A proper v0.2 release would be beneficial.

Also, pdvega v0.1 predated Altair, so if binder is tied to that then Altair shouldn't be a requirement.
