Examples on the website are broken

http://altair-viz.github.io/pdvega/ uses @jakevdp's old repo and thus the examples don't work.

Those examples still work with the most recent release, I believe, but they don't work with the current master branch.

Sorry for not being very clear. I meant to say that I get errors because the browser tried to get data from https://jakevdp.github.io/pdvega/... instead of https://altair-viz.github.io/pdvega/....

Building and pushing the doc website should solve this issue now (except for examples that don't work with the current master branch but that's another issue).
