show more authors conflict with author hyperlink

Describe the bug After supporting max_author_limit https://github.com/alshedivat/al-folio/commit/07330b9bf9cd3d8fa017d13f67076af00710372d the last few authors will be hidden. Clicking more authors can show the hidden authors, yet they can't have hyperlinks as configured in here

Screenshots This is taken from this repo's sample publication page, the expanded author list is clickable, and clicking it only hides them, thus making hyperlinks not possible.
