HDSPmixer broken since recent update.

Open sushi2503 opened this issue 2 months ago • 1 comments

Hi,

Since a recent (alsa-tools?) update hdspmixer UI is not behaving as usually and is "broken" in 3 places :

  1. Be clicking on view > input instead of enlarging the mixer (down) in full window it remains the same size and scroll bars are added.
  2. If you click again on view > input the scroll bars remain and the 1 - 8 preset buttons overlap the right side scroll bar and the playback meters remain stuck and broken.
  3. The right part of the output channels meters are broken, it's reacting to slow and let a line not in "phase" with the rest of the meter.
  4. The font is somehow blurry.

See pictures :

OS : Archlinux up to date.

alsa-tools : 1.2.14-2

Let me know if more info are needed.

Thank you.

I found the problem, downgrading fltk to 1.3.11-1 and alsa-tools to 1.2.14-1 and everything works again. If I try to upgrade to alsa-tools 1.2.14-2 and let to fltk to 1.3.11-1 hdspmixer doesn't start complaining about missing libfltk.so.1.4 !

Here the normal behavior by clicking View > Input (no scrollbars are added), no blurry font nor broken meter :

Let me know what to do, fill an Archlinux bug report or what else ?

Thank you.

Edit : I have reported the bug to Archlinux :
