Edit: or maybe you ment the actual packaging of it? Edit2: based on the scripts in the main branch it seems to be fetching them from https://cz.alpinelinux.org/alpine/ and what you point to it would be the path https://cz.alpinelinux.org/alpine/v3.14/releases/x86_64/alpine-minirootfs-3.14.6-x86_64.tar.gz .
