Directories are not pruned

Hello, Thanks for publishing this software. It is incredibly useful. I started to use it for regular backups and noticed that directories are not removed when the pruning option is enabled. I haven't looked closely yet, but could it be that right now only removal of single files is implemented? Thanks!

I had a quick look at the code and it doesn't look like it's specifically excluding directories , it's possible it's an ordering problem. The directories are not empty when it tries to delete them as the files inside those directories will be pruned later in the process. If/when I get some free time I'll take a look, but I can't promise it will be any time soon.
