Game request: The Great Escape (2003)

Hello. We already talked about this last year over at ThirteenAG's repository, but I want to have another go at it hoping you'll reconsider.

Even though, as you say, the Great Escape is HOR+, the max resolution is 1280x1024, and the character models and other game objects remain stretched out even if I force 1920x1080 through dgVoodoo or any other tools. The PS2 version of the game does have a widescreen fix for the PCSX2 emulator, which resolves all the aforementioned issues:

Can something like what's seen in the image above be recreated for the PC version too? Right now, with dgVoodoo and everything, players are stuck with these fat character models:

This isn't even all which is wrong with the Great Escape's PC port. There are various glitches with lighting scattered across the game levels. Here are some examples:

  1. Various light sources disappear completely after reloading a savegame and don't reappear unless the level is restarted from the beginning:

  1. Some game objects are overly dark in the PC version. On PS2, the lighting functions correctly:

Can at least a proper widescreen support (with object scaling or whatever it's called) be added for the PC version, to alleviate some of the issues that plague it?
