Add settings for illustration column count and detail screen image quality

Adds settings to change the number of illustration columns and the detail screen image quality. The setting names are currently only in English as I'm not proficient in the other languages used in the app.

I think this would fulfill issues #45 and #62.

Let me know if you'd like something to be changed.
